About OAU Pre-Degree Programme

The OAU Pre-Degree Programme is designed to prepare candidates for admission into undergraduate programmes of the university after successful completion and meeting other admission requirements.

How to Register for OAU Pre-Degree Admission 2026/2027

To obtain the OAU Pre-Degree form, candidates should follow the steps below:

Step 1 – Pay the application fee

Pay the sum of ₦15,000 through the e-Tranzact payment platform at any branch of the following banks nationwide:

First Bank of Nigeria
Skye Bank
Wema Bank
United Bank for Africa (UBA)

A payment receipt containing a Receipt Number and Confirmation Order Number will be issued at the bank.

Step 2 – Visit the application portal

Proceed to the official OAU Centre for Distance Learning portal:

Click on “2026/2027 Pre-Degree Application” and read the instructions carefully.

Step 3 – Create your account

Provide a valid:

Email address
Other required personal details

Step 4 – Log in and complete the application

After creating your account:

Select the payment method (e-Tranzact)
Complete the online application form
Upload your recent passport photograph

Your uploaded passport photograph must meet the following conditions:

Must be coloured
Must have a white background
Black and white photographs are not acceptable
Must be recent (not earlier than three months before the application date)
File size must be not more than 100KB

After Completing the Form

After filling the form:

Log out of your account
Keep your username and password safe
You are advised to save your login details on your phone or personal device
