FUTMINNA Acceptance Fee Payment & Clearance Procedure 2026/2027
This notice is for all candidates who have been newly admitted into FUTMINNA for the 2026/2027 academic session.
The management has released the official acceptance fee payment and clearance procedure. All fresh students are advised to strictly follow the steps below.

Before You Start
Make sure that:

Your name appears on the FUTMINNA admission list for the 2026/2027 session.

You have printed or reprinted your admission status (to enable you retrieve your Student ID).
Admission is processed through Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB), so your records must already reflect on the FUTMINNA portal.
How to Make FUTMINNA Acceptance Fee Payment (2026/2027)
Follow the steps carefully:
Step 1 – Confirm your admission and get your Student ID

Check your FUTMINNA admission status.

Print or reprint your admission letter in order to retrieve your Student ID.
Step 2 – Visit the Acceptance Fee Payment portal

Go to the FUTMINNA acceptance fee payment page.

A login page will be displayed.
Step 3 – Request for a new password

On the login page, click “Request for new password”.
-
Enter your Student ID.
-
Click Submit.
A page will appear showing the school email address created for you by the university.
Step 4 – Access your FUTMINNA student email
To access your school email:

Visit the official FUTMINNA website.

Click on Student Menu.
-
Scroll down and click Student e-mail.

Enter:

Your school email address
-
Your password
(Your default password is your JAMB Registration Number)

You will be prompted to change your password immediately.
Step 5 – Retrieve the login code sent to your email

Open your school email inbox.
-
Retrieve the code sent to you by the system.
(If you do not see it, check your Spam folder.)
Step 6 – Login to the Acceptance Fee portal

Return to the Acceptance Fee payment login page.

Enter:

Student ID as username
-
The code sent to your email as password
-
Click Login.
Step 7 – Set your personal password
A page will appear asking you to set a new password.

Enter the code sent to your email as the old password

Create your own new password
Then proceed.
⚠️ Note: Keep your password safe.
Step 8 – Make your acceptance fee payment

Login again with:

Your Student ID
-
Your newly created password
-

Your portal dashboard will open.
-
Click Acceptance Fee from the left menu.

Select your payment type.
-
Click Submit and complete your transaction.
Once payment is successful, ensure you print your payment receipt.
FUTMINNA Clearance Procedure for Fresh Students (2026/2027)
After paying your acceptance fee, you are expected to proceed with your clearance.
Generally, the FUTMINNA clearance process involves:

Logging into your FUTMINNA student portal.

Completing your biodata and profile information.

Uploading required documents such as:

JAMB admission letter
-
O’Level result(s)

Birth certificate / declaration of age

Local government identification
-
Passport photograph
-

Printing your clearance forms.

Presenting your documents for faculty and departmental verification when instructed by the university.
Physical clearance dates and venues are usually announced by the school after online clearance begins.
