The Bradford Institute of Advanced Education is a Company of The DaV’ange Group. The DaV’ange Group is comprised of very experienced community services professionals who contribute to the development of staff and programs across the Health and Community services Sectors Nationally. In 2017, David Bradford, Former QUT Lecturer and the former Director of Training and Specialist Support for the Department of Child Safety was appointed as CEO of The Bradford Institute of Advanced Education. With 29 years’ experience in the Community Services Industry and many accolades to his name David, who also served as the Director of Regional Service Delivery Operational Training for the Department of Communities has gathered an ensemble of impressive of industry experts, trainers and facilitators. With a keen understanding of workforce development, Bradford Institute operates as the staff training college for a number of large Non-Government Organisations across Australia. These close relationships with major employers in the sector ensure current and relevant training content is delivered and fantastic employment outcomes for Bradford students. Bradford trainers must have more than 10 years’ experience and must have served in more than one field in the sector. Our trainers have provided transformational learning to our clients through contextualised, insightful and energetic presentations and expert staff development activities.
