Kwara State Polytechnic, KWARAPOLY Post UTME Screening Form for 2026/2027

The management of Kwara State Polytechnic (KWARAPOLY) has released the Post-UTME screening application form for admission into its National Diploma (ND) Full-Time programmes for the 2026/2027 academic session.

The Kwara State Polytechnic Post-UTME form is now available online for all interested candidates.

Who Can Apply?

To be eligible for the KWARAPOLY Post-UTME screening exercise, candidates must:

• Have chosen Kwara State Polytechnic as first or second choice in UTME

• Have scored at least the minimum UTME score approved for Polytechnics in the 2026 UTME conducted by Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB)

Important Notice to Applicants

• All candidates seeking admission into Kwara State Polytechnic must take part in the screening exercise.

• Only candidates who successfully complete the online registration will be considered for admission.

• Candidates who selected Kwara State Polytechnic as second or third choice are required to:

  • Apply for Change of Institution on the JAMB portal and

  • Make Kwara State Polytechnic their first choice before completing the Post-UTME registration.

• Candidates awaiting O’Level results should not apply.

How to Apply for KWARAPOLY Post-UTME Form (2026/2027)

Follow the steps below carefully:

1. Visit the Kwara State Polytechnic admission screening portal.

2. Click on the appropriate application link.

3. Create your profile by completing the online form.

Thereafter:

4. Click Resume Application on the left menu.

5. Enter your personal details and click Continue.

6. Enter your JAMB details (first and second choice) and click Continue.

7. Enter your O’Level details and number of sittings, then click Continue.

8. Upload your passport photograph (maximum size: 50KB) and click Continue.

9. Click Screening Application on the left menu.

10. Read the declaration and click Proceed.

11. Upload the required documents and click Upload and Continue.

12. Enter your Next-of-Kin information and click Continue.

13. Carefully read the payment instructions and click the Notification tab.

14. Click Continue to view payment details.

15. Click the CollegePay button to proceed with payment (or click Cancel to stop).

Payment Procedure

• Select your ATM card type (e.g. Verve or MasterCard)

• Enter your card number

• Enter card expiry date

• Enter CVV2 (the 3 digits at the back of the card)

• Enter your card PIN

• Click Pay

After successful payment:

• Click the appropriate button to print your application documents and payment slip

• You may use the Reprint option on the left menu to reprint your documents at any time

Screening Method

Candidates are NOT required to be physically present for the screening exercise.

The screening is done online.
