LAUTECH Set to Call Off Strike

This is to inform all candidates who chose Delta State University, Abraka (DELSU) as their first choice institution in the 2026 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) and scored 150 and above, including Direct Entry (DE) candidates, that they are eligible to apply for the 2026/2027 admission screening exercise.

The UTME examination is conducted by the Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB).

DELSU Admission Screening 2026/2027 – Key Information

1. Eligible candidates can apply for the 2026/2027 admission screening.

2. Online application will start on:

🗓 Monday, 15th August, 2026

3. The application portal will close at:

⏰ 6:00 p.m., Friday, 16th September, 2026

4. Candidates will be informed of their screening date and time in due course.

Eligibility Requirements

• Candidates must:

  • Have chosen Delta State University, Abraka as first choice, and

  • Have scored 150 and above in UTME, or

  • Be applying through Direct Entry (DE).

Application Fee and Banks

Candidates are required to visit www.delsuonline.com to generate a Virtual PIN with a payment of:

₦2,000 only

Payment can be made at any of the following banks:

• Unity Bank

• UBA

• Zenith Bank

• Fidelity Bank

• Ecobank Plc

Procedure to Generate Virtual PIN

1. Visit www.delsuonline.com

2. Click Apply for Admission

3. Click Start

4. Select Screening Exercise

5. Click Apply

6. Complete the form using a valid JAMB Registration Number

7. Enter a valid mobile phone number and e-mail address
   (these will be used to communicate your screening date and venue)

8. Submit the form and click Pay Online or Generate PIN

9. Print the generated Virtual PIN

10. Visit any of the listed banks for payment

11. After payment, return to www.delsuonline.com to complete the application form

12. Candidates are advised to use the Virtual PIN immediately, as it becomes invalid six (6) hours after generation

13. Carefully read all instructions on the website before completing the form

Information for Prospective Foreign Students

Prospective foreign students (non-Nigerians resident in Nigeria) are invited to change their course of study to Delta State University, Abraka through JAMB, as adequate and conducive provisions have been made for their stay in the University.
