UNICAL Post-UTME 2026: Cut-off mark, Eligibility and Registration
Applications are invited from suitably qualified candidates who scored 140 and above in the Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) examination and who chose the University of Calabar (UNICAL) as their first-choice institution.
Admission is into the University of Calabar for the 2026/2027 academic session.

The First Choice aptitude test (Post-UTME screening) has been scheduled to hold:

Candidates can register using any of the options below.
1. E-Transact Option (All Commercial Banks)

Pay for the UNICAL Post-UTME form and obtain an E-transact PIN.

2. Buy Post-UTME PIN Online Option

Use the generated TRANSACTION ID as your PIN to log in and continue your registration.
3. Scratch Card Option (Calabar Metropolis Only)

Important Instructions to Candidates

Candidates must come to the CBT centre with their original UTME result slip showing their photograph.

The UNICAL Post-UTME screening will be conducted as a Computer-Based Test (CBT).

Candidates with any form of disability should indicate this clearly during registration.
Very Important Notice

Impersonation is a serious offence. Any candidate caught will be handed over to law enforcement agents and may be liable to up to five (5) years imprisonment.

Any candidate who fails to participate in the screening exercise automatically loses the chance of being considered for admission.

Early registration is strongly advised to avoid congestion towards the closing date.
