The UNIMED Supplementary Post UTME Form for the 2026/2027 academic session is officially out and applications are now open.
Candidates Eligible to Apply for UNIMED Post UTME Form
Candidates who meet the following conditions are eligible to apply:
1. UTME Candidates

Candidates who made University of Medical Sciences, Ondo their first or second choice in the 2026 UTME and scored 160 and above.

Candidates who did not choose UNIMED initially but are willing to change their institution to UNIMED are also eligible.
2. O’Level Requirements

Candidates applying for MBBS and BDS must possess:
-
Five (5) credit passes at one sitting in relevant O’Level subjects, including English Language and Mathematics.

Candidates applying for other programmes must possess:

Five (5) credit passes in not more than two sittings, including English Language and Mathematics.

Direct Entry Candidates’ Eligibility
Direct Entry candidates who have:

Applied through Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB), and
-
Possess a minimum of 10 points in relevant A-Level subjects, or
-
Hold a B.Sc. (Hons) degree in Basic Medical or Biological Sciences with at least Second Class (Lower Division)
are eligible to apply for:

Medicine and Surgery (MBBS), and
-
Dentistry (BDS).
