A 15-year-old prodigy, Nehemiah Juniel, has made history after emerging as the youngest person to ever graduate from Sam Houston State University (SHSU), Texas, United States.
Nehemiah, who is scheduled to receive his Bachelor’s degree in Health Sciences in August 2022, recorded the exceptional academic feat after several years of accelerated learning.
According to available records, Nehemiah began solving pre-algebra at the age of five and went on to earn an Associate of Science degree at the age of 13.

Parents Express Pride Over Historic Achievement
Reacting to the achievement, Nehemiah’s father, Raphael Juniel, described his son’s success as a moment of deep pride for the family.
“Words can’t express how proud we are of him,” he said.
His mother, Corie Juniel, also revealed that Nehemiah showed signs of exceptional intelligence from a very early age.
“Nehemiah was reading and writing at two. So, we always knew this kid was special,” she said.

As I grew, I continued to change and specify what kind of career I wanted to pursue. This culminated in my decision to study cardiology.”
