The University of Mkar, Mkar (UMM) has started its admission process for the 2026/2027 academic session, and the Post-UTME (screening) form is now on sale for candidates seeking undergraduate admission via UTME.

Eligibility to Apply
To be eligible for the UMM Post-UTME Screening:
✔ You must have taken the 2026 JAMB UTME.
✔ You should have scored 140 points or above in the UTME (some unofficial reports say the university accepts this minimum).
✔ Applicants must possess at least five (5) O’Level credit passes in subjects including English Language and Mathematics, plus relevant subjects for the chosen course (WAEC/NECO/NABTEB) in not more than two sittings.
✔ Candidates who did not choose UMM in JAMB but scored sufficiently are also eligible — but they’re advised to make a Change of Institution/Course on the JAMB portal as soon as possible.
How to Apply
Follow these steps to apply for the UMM Post-UTME Screening Form 2026/2027:
1. Create an Account on the University Website

Visit the University of Mkar’s official portal and register an account using your email and phone number.
2. Pay the Application + Screening Fee

Go to any UBA branch nationwide.

Pay ₦12,500 (₦10,500 for the admission form and ₦2,000 for screening) into the University’s account:

3. Authenticate the Payment

Take the bank deposit slip to the University’s bursary to authenticate on the admissions portal.
4. Continue the Online Registration

Log back into the university’s admissions portal to complete the form with your JAMB UTME and O’Level details.
5. Submit the Manual Copy

After completing online registration, submit a printed copy of your admission form to the Registry/Academic Office on the screening day.
