FUOtuoke Post-UTME Form and Screening Details (2026/2027)
FUOtuoke invites applications from candidates who sat for the 2026 UTME conducted by the Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board for admission screening into its undergraduate programmes for the 2026/2027 academic session.
All applicants are expected to strictly follow the instructions below.
Eligibility for Application
The following categories of UTME candidates are eligible to apply:
(a) First-choice candidates
Candidates who:

chose Federal University Otuoke as their first choice institution, and
-
scored 140 and above in the 2026 UTME.
(b) Change of institution candidates
Candidates who:

did not choose Federal University Otuoke as their first choice, but
-
scored 140 and above in the 2026 UTME, and
-
are willing to study at FUOtuoke.
Such candidates must carry out a Change of Institution to Federal University Otuoke on the official JAMB portal before applying.
Documents Required for Online Application
All candidates are required to upload the following documents during registration:

Digital passport photograph

Copy of 2026 UTME original result printout

Copy of O’Level result from:

West African Examinations Council (WAEC), or

National Examinations Council (NECO), or
-
National Business and Technical Examinations Board (NABTEB)

Copy of birth certificate or age declaration

Valid WAEC/NECO/NABTEB scratch card details for result verification
Special Instructions to Candidates
All applicants must carefully observe the following:

Only digital passport photographs are accepted.

Your name must be exactly the same and in the same order as it appears on your UTME record.

You must provide a valid personal email address and phone number.

You must upload your O’Level result scratch card.

Candidates combining two O’Level results must upload both scratch cards.
