Requirements to Study Computer Science at FUTA:

FUTA offers Computer Science through two departments:

  • Department of Computer Science (CSC): Focuses on software development, information systems, algorithms, and theoretical foundations.

UTME Requirements:

Both departments require the following five O’Level subjects with at least five credit passes and not more than two sittings:

  • English Language

  • Any other acceptable Science subject

Direct Entry Requirements:

  • CPE: Two A’ Levels with a minimum of C grade in Mathematics and Physics. Alternatively, an Upper Credit pass in an ND in Computer Engineering or Electrical and Electronics Engineering.
