LASUED Cut-Off Mark for 2026/2027

The management of Lagos State University of Education (LASUED) has officially announced that the cut-off mark for the 2026/2027 admission exercise is 150.

This means that candidates who score 150 and above in the Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) are eligible to apply for admission to LASUED and participate in the Post-UTME/screening exercise when it is announced.

What Does LASUED Cut-Off Mark Mean?

The LASUED cut-off mark is the minimum UTME score a candidate must obtain in the examination conducted by the
Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) before he or she can qualify to participate in the LASUED admission screening exercise.

JAMB General Cut-Off Mark for 2026/2027

According to JAMB, the approved minimum benchmarks for the 2026/2027 admission year are:

  • Universities – 140

  • Polytechnics and Colleges of Education – 100

However, JAMB also stated that each institution is free to set its own cut-off mark, provided it does not fall below the approved national minimum.
