OAU Executive Master in Business Administration (MBA) Programme Admission Form

The Executive Master in Business Administration (MBA) at OAU, Ile-Ife, is a two-year professional programme (four semesters) designed for experienced managers who cannot leave their jobs for full-time study.

Objectives of the OAU Executive MBA

The programme aims to:

1. Provide managers at all levels an opportunity to acquire postgraduate education in business management and administration.

2. Develop proficiency in modern management techniques for participants.

3. Produce high-level manpower for both public and private sectors in areas such as finance, production, marketing, and human resource management.

Admission Requirements

Candidates must meet one of the following criteria:

1. University Graduates

   • Bachelor’s degree with Second Class (Lower Division) from a recognised university.

   • Bachelor’s degree with Third Class + PGD from a recognised university.

2. HND Holders

   • HND in Accounting, Business Administration, Banking & Finance, or related disciplines + relevant professional qualifications (e.g., ACA, ACCA, ACII, ACIS, AMNIM, ARPA, ACIB, ACIPM, CIS, ACTI, CAN).

   • HND in other disciplines + PGD in Administration, Finance, or Management from a recognised university.

3. Professional Qualification Holders

   • Professional qualifications (e.g., ACA, ACCA, ACII, ACIS, AMNIM, ARPA, ACIB, ACIPM, CIS, ACTI, CNA) + at least five (5) years managerial work experience.

Mandatory O’Level Requirement:

• Five (5) credit passes, including English Language and Mathematics.

MBA Admission Test (MBAAT)

• All applicants will be notified of the MBAAT date via e-mail.

• The test is part of the admission process.

Required Documents

Applicants must submit two (2) sets of the following documents:

1. Photocopy of all applicable academic and professional certificates.

2. Photocopy of NYSC Certificate (if applicable).

3. Photocopy of O’Level Certificate(s) (WAEC/NECO).

4. Birth Certificate / Declaration of Age.

5. Original academic transcript.
